Preserving History

Our beautiful building, in a Richardsonian Romanesque style, is a hub of community activity and active preservation

Music at the Library Park

Since 2018, we have used our beautiful, historic bandstand to bring free live music to the heart of Eastport. From President Taft’s visit in 1910 to the vibrant singer-songwriter events of today, this bandstand is a cornerstone of our community life.
